We had a perfect 4 night stay in Dunescape with Nicky even arranging unlimited sunshine for us! Nicky has been the perfect host from our initial enquiries to departure. Cosy & clean lovely little holiday chalet equipped with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs & an umbrella...thankfully we didn't have use for the umbrella!

So much to do within easy driving distance. We enjoyed seeing 50+ seals basking on the beach at Horsey, a visit to view the magnificent lighthouse at Happisburgh & sadly the coastal erosion.

A short walk from the chalet takes you to the hilly sand dunes and then onto the unspoilt sandy beach. We walked along the beach for about 3 miles then back through the nature reserve/sand dunes stopping at Poppy's tearoom in Winterton for refreshments.

Wow! Had a fantastic weekend at the Chalet, it was very quiet and close to the beach. The chalet was spotless and kitchen well equipped. Definitely recommended you’ll love it.

Second time I have stayed in Nicky’s chalet. First was dunescape and this time seascape. Loved both of them! It’s so peaceful there. Nicky goes above and beyond with making you feel welcome. There were even dog treats for our cockapoo! Will definitely go back next year but next time I will stay longer. Everything you need is right there in the chalet. The interior is gorgeous! Thank you Nicky for another great break down winterton. xxx

Very nice peaceful chalet, dog friendly, super clean and perfect communication with the host who was always on hand with any queries. Lovely area for dog walks and a great local pub .Will come back again.

Spent two lovely sunny nights at the chalet. WHAT A PLACE and WHAT A VIEW - Just so peaceful and in such surrounding beauty. Chalet had everything we needed and the host was perfect. Very clean and fully equiped. We will come back again.
